This apartment is in a new chalet apartment building built in 2002 in traditional style, well situated between the ski lifts and the main shopping and restaurant street with an internal lift to both. Entry is via a lift or stairs from either upper or lower entrances. It sleeps six in two bedrooms and a "coin de montage". All have twin beds. It is fully centrally heated.

The good sized living room is open plan, with areas for cooking, dining and relaxing. The kitchen is fitted with a four ring ceramic hob, extractor, Microwave combi oven, fridge, dishwasher and cooking utensils. The dining area has a good size table and chairs for six people with ample sets of glass, crockery and cutlery. The sitting area is furnished with comfortable modern furniture with space for everyone. There is a TV/video /DVD player and CD and radio.

A huge window opens out on to a small terrace looking at the ski slopes and the mountains beyond.

There is a bath/shower rooms with basin and a seperate WC. There is a washing machine with independant dryer. All bed linen and towels are supplied. A cot and high chair are available on request.

The apartment is strictly non smoking and no animals are allowed.
