Chalet Berrier is a new chalet built on three floors in the traditional style giving it a classic mountain look. It will sleep 12 in 6 bedrooms and is fully centrally heated, with under floor heating on the ground and middle floors.

On the ground floor a garage is used as a ski room and storage area. There is a well-equipped laundry room with a washing machine and a tumble dryer. There are 2 bedrooms, sleeping 4 and 2, and between them, a shower room with a wash-basin and separate WC. The first floor is a large open plan room with separate areas for cooking, eating and relaxing. There is also a separate WC on that same floor. The fully fitted kitchen has a hob, oven, microwave, fridge, dishwasher and cooking utensils. It has ample storage space. The dining area has a table and chairs with sets of glass, crockery and cutlery for 12 people.

The sitting room is furnished with modern furniture and designed to make you feel at home. There is a TV, video, a CD player as well as books and games. Sliding doors lead out onto the South and West facing balconies at the front of the chalet with stunning 360° views including the Aravis Mountains and the village.

On the second floor there are two large bedrooms, one double with en suite WC and wash-basin, the other with twin beds - both with access to a South-facing balcony. There are two single rooms and a family bathroom with a WC and wash-basin.

All sheets and bath towels are supplied. Pets will be considered only if we are asked in advance when booking. The owners would appreciate that there is no smoking inside the Chalet.
