This large apartment is in a new development built in the traditional chalet style, well situated between the ski lifts and the main shopping and restaurant street with an internal lift to both. Entry is via a lift or stairs from both upper and lower entrances. It sleeps 10 in 4 bedrooms and a coin de montagne and is fully centrally heated. The apartment is soundproofed and very quiet. The apartment is extremely well equipped and has a 4 star luxury rating from the Tourist Office.

Bedroom 1 is en-suite with a bath, basin and WC. Bedrooms 2 & 3 have access to a shower room with basin and WC. Bedroom 4 is en-suite with a bath, basin and WC. There is also a set of bunk beds in a curtained off space near bedrooms 1, 2 and 3. All the bathrooms have heated towel rails. A washing machine and tumble dryer are provided in a separate laundry room which also includes a basin and WC.

The large living room is a open plan with areas for cooking, eating and relaxing.

The fully fitted kitchen has a hob, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and cooking utensils. It has ample storage space.

The dining area has a table and chairs with sets of glass, crockery and cutlery for 10 people.

The sitting area is furnished with comfortable modern furniture with space for everyone. There is a digital TV/video/DVD which receives programs in English, a CD player as well as books there is a library of CD's and DVD's cards and board games. A telephone/fax is provided and is charged at the standard France Telecom rates.

A huge window opens out onto the very large enclosed South facing terrace making it ideal for children. A table and chairs are provided. It has good views to the ski slopes and the mountains beyond.

All sheets and bath towels are supplied.
