This apartment is in a recent development built in the traditional chalet style, well situated between the ski lifts and the main shopping and restaurant street with an internal lift to both. Entry is via a lift or stairs from both upper and lower entrances. It sleeps 8 in 4 bedrooms, has 4 bathrooms and is fully centrally heated. The apartment is soundproofed and very quiet. It is extremely well equipped and has a 4 star luxury rating from the Tourist Office.

Bedroom 1 is en-suite with a bath, basin and WC. Bedroom 2 has access to a shower room with basin and WC. Bedroom 3 has access to a bathroom with bath, basin and WC. Bedroom 4 is en-suite with a shower, basin and WC.

The large living room is open plan with areas for cooking, eating and relaxing. The fully fitted kitchen has a hob, oven, microwave, fridge, dishwasher and cooking utensils. A washing machine and tumble dryer are provided. It has ample storage space.

The dining area has a table and chairs with sets of glass, crockery and cutlery for 8 people.

The sitting area is furnished with comfortable modern furniture with space for everyone. There is a digital TV/video which receives programmes in English and a CD player as well as books and games. A telephone is provided and is charged at the standard France Telecom rates.

A huge window opens out onto the South facing terrace with good views to the ski slopes and the mountains beyond.
