Refuges Des Outalays, Apartment F7

The apartment is in a small chalet style building built in 2006. It is conveniently situated on the Pistes des Outalays, it is a flat 50m walk along the access road to the piste, and a short walk from local bars and creperie. It is accessible by car at all times, although chains would be advisable if snow is actually falling. The apartment faces south-west and keeps the sun in summer until 8 o’clock in the evening. The view from the two large balconies is beautiful..

The apartment has 4 bedrooms and can comfortably sleep 10-12 people. One bedroom is very large and can accommodate 4/6 children, it also has a TV/DVD and gives the kids their own space after sking.1 bedroom has a double bed and a shower and basin ensuite. Next door is a second double-bedded room. Opposite this room is a bathroom with bath/shower and basin and an independent WC. There is a 3rd bedroom with twin beds next door to the large children’s room. Opposite these is a shower room with basin and an independent WC. All the bathrooms have heated towel rails and there are 2 large hot water tanks, providing ample hot water.

The very large living room is open plan with wooden walls and vaulted ceiling giving an air of warmth and space. There are areas for cooking, eating and relaxing as well as French windows to a balcony with beautiful views across the valley.

The kitchen is exceptionally large and well equipped with a full sized oven, 4 burner hob, microwave, large fridge freeze and ample storage space for all your provisions. There is a dishwasher and combined washing/drying machine.

The dinning area has a table which if needed can extend to seat 16/18, there is more than ample crockery, cutlery and glasses. It has French windows which open onto one of the 2 balconies which enjoy beautiful views across the valley.

The sitting area is a great place to relax in the evening with comfortable sofas around a wood burning stove for which logs are provided.

There are 2 TVs/DVDs (one in the large bedroom) both connected to a satellite system which receive programmes in English there is also a collection of DVDs and a CD/Radio.

For the summer there is a barbeque and outdoor furniture on the balconies.
By the front door there are ski lockers and 2 garages in the next door building. All linen and towels are provided, except swimming towels, as is a cot (no linen) and high chair. The change over day is Sunday.
