La Ferme de Serge, a traditional piste side Savoyarde farm built in 1845, houses 3 fully furnished apartments. Recently restored to the highest quality, the apartments combine modern conveniences alongside original features – providing comfortable, stylish accommodation.
Le Grenier: The high beamed ceiling, polished concrete floor with under floor heating, large open plan living and dining area with open fire and south facing balcony all come together to create a contemporary living space ideal for families and friends. The kitchen is a stainless steel island equipped with Smeg appliances, making for relaxed, sociable catering. There are 2 double bedrooms with ensuite ‘Italian’ style showers. One of these bedrooms has a connecting side-room with 2-3 single beds – an ideal family suite. There is a further twin/double room, small bunk room for children and a separate bathroom with WC. A mezzanine provides ‘out-of-the-way’ space with DVD/video player. Equipped with a CD sound system, wi-fi and full laundry facilities, this apartment should satisfy most needs!
La Savoie: This apartment is full of alpine charm – respecting the past while at the same time providing modern comfortable living. There are 2 double bedrooms with ensuite antique bathrooms, a twin/double room, a small bunk room and a separate bathroom with WC. The living room – furnished with comfortable sofas and a woodburning stove creates a convivial space for relaxing, while the rustic kitchen, equipped with Smeg appliances offers a practical space for cooking and dining. The south-east facing balcony is also great for eating ‘al fresco’. There is central heating throughout, a CD sound system, wi-fi and washing machine.
L’Ecurie: L’Ecurie is an ideal romantic bolt hole for 2. Furnished with simple but authentic antiques this apartment has a snug quality that is great to come back to after a day in the mountains. Accommodation includes a double bedroom with ensuite shower room and a large open plan living/kitchen area (equipped with electric hob and oven, fridge & dishwasher). A curtained off bunk bed can sleep 2 young children.
Bedlinen and towels provided. A travel cot and highchair are available on request.
